Can't connect to macys credit card

I am trying to connect my macys credit card account. The connection states that there is a popup that needs to be handled. However, when I log in through a browser, there is no popup happening to me. Why am I seeing this issue?

Okay, disregard this. I had to go view transactions before I saw the popup - there was no issue via the browser until I did this, so was a bit confusing. Wanted to delete the post, didn't see a way.
