Updating one of two checking accounts after credit union merger
One of two checking accounts would not update from my credit union after a merger with another CU. After beating my head against a wall I decided to export the transaction file for the month from the credit union and imported it into my Quicken checking account. Not the preferred method but easy to do as long as your financial institution has the ability to export QFX (Quicken Web Connect) files .

Hello @tupper,
We appreciate you reaching out regarding this issue!
Could you please provide the names of the two credit unions that were merged? Additionally, what exactly happens when you try to connect? Do you receive any specific error codes and/or messages that you can provide us with here, please?
Thank you!
