Credit card payment being added to future balances, not subtracted

Weird issue on Quicken Classic Deluxe Windows R62.16.

I have a checking account and a credit card account set up, with a monthly transfer reminder from Checking to Credit with the transfer amount set to the monthly due amount on the credit card.

Using the Projected Balances tool, I'm looking at my future Checking balance below. The credit card payment is the $27k amount.

But here, the credit card transfer is being added to checking, not subtracted from it. The Closing Balance shown below should be -$22k, not +$33k on 4/11. (Yes, I'm working the underlying cash flow issue.)

To be sure, I removed and recreated the transfer reminder to be sure that it was From: Checking, To: Credit. The estimated amount was initially negative, then Quicken auto-removed the negative sign with a message saying that it wasn't necessary.
