I changed to direct connect. It messed up my account data. I managed to correct only one of three by removing transactions that didn't belong. The other two accounts have many more transactions. I removed some that are wrong and can't get them to matcg Vangaurd's number.

    Hello @RS9,

Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more detail. How did your account data get messed up? For instance, you referenced transactions that don't belong. Are those duplicate transactions, or transactions from another account, etc.? Depending on what specific issues you're seeing, the resolution may be different.

I look forward to your reply!

Experiencing the same problem. Share prices are not updating as of 4/22/25. This has been occurring for the past few weeks.

    Hello @bw2,

Thank you for joining the discussion. You said you're having the same issue as the original poster, but your comment about share prices not updating makes it sound like you're experiencing a completely different issue. Please provide more details. Which account(s) is affected? Are there incorrect transactions, or is it just share prices that are out of date?

I look forward to your reply!

    Kristina,

Here is an example. After a One Step Update, two securities are shown below with different outcomes. The market price of the TIAA Security is updated correctly while the Vanguard security is not updating.

    Security Broker/Price on 4/24/25

    IEFA TIAA/ $76.80, Quicken / $76.80

    VADRX Vanguard/$29.73, Quicken / $27.65

Within Quicken One Step Update results, the security shows the update date of 4/24/25.

    Thank you for your reply,

In other words, Quicken is claiming that it's been updated, but the price showing in Quicken is different from the price you are seeing elsewhere? Has the price updated since, or is it still showing the same, outdated, value? Do you have Real-time quotes turned on? To check that, navigate to Edit>Preferences>Investments. Real-time quotes will be the last option.
