Shell Fuel Rewards Mastercard connection issue

I think the Shell Fuell Rewards Mastercard through Citi Cards is having issues connecting. It goes all the way to the end and gives a message that they encountered an error and to try later. That "later" never comes.

    The Shell Fuel Rewards MC is a Citi Retail Services card, not a standard Citibank card. Most Citi Retail Services cards cannot be set up for downloading via the Citi Cards financial institution (or other "Citi" financial institutions). Have you been able to download this card via Citi Cards in the past?

    Have you tried setting up the download connection via the Shell Credit Card - Citibank financial institution? If not, try doing that because it will take you to the Citi Retail Services website where you will need to authorize downloading into Quicken.

    I was able to finally connect and download the transactions. However, there's a problem downloading the bill. I have been getting the same message for a long time.

    @Robert Armani - So, you were able to get the connection set up with Shell Credit Card - Citibank instead of Citi Cards, right?

    If so, it is my understanding that downloading bills/statements can only be done using the same financial institution that was used for setting up the transactions downloading. Have you tried setting up the statement downloading using Shell Credit Card - Citibank.

    Yes, I was able to setup the transaction download with the new method that was on Quicken. However, I get the billing error as soon as I enter the name "Shell" to set it up.

    I don't think it's a big deal. I can do without it.
