How do I add a comment to a thread?

I can’t find an option to add a comment to a thread about a problem. I use quicken on Windows, but follow this site on iPhone.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The comment box should be at the bottom of a thread for you to type. It would look like the screenshot below on iPhone.

    If you don’t see this, it’s possible the thread is closed or in a category closed to comments. Do you mind providing the link to the thread you’re referring to so we can take a look?
