Download Issues with Lendkey

Have not been able to download transactions from my LendKey account for over a week now. When updating, either through One Step or individually, it comes back with a CC-800 error and says that it appears one or more of my accounts has been disabled. It has not. When going to "Fix It" and attempting to Reset the account it states that "A connection to your financial institution could not be established. Try connecting again in a few days." It has been a week of attempting every day. Worked fine before last 4/28

    Hello @John Robinson,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I reviewed the internal error that you are receiving with your Lendkey account(s) and can see a CP_Account_Not_Found error. This is a generalized error; however, since you are directly seeing a CC-800 within the application, I suggest attempting the troubleshooting steps in this Support Article first. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).

Please reach back out and let me know how it goes so that we may continue troubleshooting if needed.

    Thanks!

Thanks - I should have mentioned that I already followed the suggestions on the Support Article. No luck. Also validated and Super Validated my data file. Nothing found. This issue with LendKey is the only download issue I am facing and it says that "A connection with your financial institution could not be established." I did go ahead and deactivate Online Services to attempt to then turn them on again. The Online Services tab then said "One Step Update is not available." I have done One Step Update on this account with LendKey for years with no issue. Checking it again, the Online Services tab has completely disappeared.

LendKey support was no help. I decided to try one more time to "Add Account" and then link it with the current one. This time it did work. It allowed me to activate online updates again and that tab is now back on the Edit Account screens.
