I cannot reconnect with express web connect after online bank converted to new system, Quicken tells me it's not my fault. My Bank says it's Quicken's fault. this is the Error message:

"Intuit file not registered. Please login to online banking and use the direct connect registration form to register."

I called my bank and they have no idea what that means.

What bank, as shown in Q at TOOLS, Account List in the Financial Institution column? If that column isn't displayed, it can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.

And, FWIW, I've never heard of that error message either. It MIGHT be telling you that old connection was EWC, but post-conversion is Direct Connect only … but without knowing the bank name I can't research that theory.

PriorityOne Bank seems to support Direct Connect, Web Connect and Express Web Connect

    PriorityOne Bank https://www.priorityonebank.com/ 601-765-8241 https://www.priorityonebank.com/ ACTIVE ACCOUNTINFO,BANKING&DIRECT BANKING&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT

SO, have you tried disconnecting ALL of your PriorityOne accounts and re-connecting them using Direct Connect? Take a backup before trying this … just in case.

yes all PriorityOne Bank accounts were disconnected, I have also done a full backup to local drives and external drives and uninstalled quicken, shut down the computer, rebooted and reinstalled it, then tried to connect. Any other suggestions?
