301-A Account
I have been trying to fix the connection between Suncoast Credit Union and Quicken. The update will not go through and nothing will sync. I have de-activiated….reset….clear cookies/tracking etc. I continue to get a 301-A error. I tried reaching out to Suncoast and they say nothing is wrong from their end. Please help Quicken….this happens almost every other year, have been using quicken for quite some time and it's incredibly frustrating. Thank you.

The OL-301 error occurs when there is an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect. The situation may ultimately require the financial institution to implement a solution. You can follow this link to read more information regarding this specific error message.
As per the FAQ: You will need to contact your financial institution for assistance. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to be able to correct the problem.
This may require you request to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary.
