Cannot connect to Ascensus RPLink

I am unable to link an Ascensus 401k account. This account was connected for a while before it was unable to download. I disconnected the account and followed the instructions here https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-adding-or-updating-accounts-103-or-did-you-mistype-your-sign-info/ but always receive the error message "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Ascensus - RPLink." I have confirmed my credentials are correct as I can log into https://secure.ascensus.com/participant/dashboard without any issues.

I have a Solo 401k so I have tried both the participant and sponsor credentials.

Is anyone else able to download transaction data from Ascensus using Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac?

    Since those steps did not resolve the issue, the next step—per the guidance at the bottom of the support article—is to contact Quicken Support directly. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to further investigate, and may be required to file an escalation based on their findings.
