can't download my credit card transaction without disabling my wife's from the same bank
I am using Windows 11 Quicken Classic Deluxe (Subscription). This problem started yesterday. My wife and I have joint bank accounts (BOA) but separate credit cards (with different log in and passwords). When I tried to use One Step Update, it said that my wife's credit card did not exist and removed it from update process. Deactivating the credit cards and reactivating did not help. If I reactivate her cards, mine are disabled and vice-versa. I can't update our card simultaneously like I was able to do a couple of days ago. What is going on? The same thing is happening with out AMEX cards

Hello @singht1125,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, are these credit cards completely separate accounts, or are both cards associated with the same account (Primary cardholder and an Authorized user)?
If they are completely separate accounts, then for the issue with American Express, what you will need to do is connect one of the accounts using the American Express - Delegate connection option.
I can see you've tried a couple different connection options with Bank of America (Bank of America-All Other States, and Bank of America Credit Card). Does using separate connection options for each separate set of login credentials help bypass this issue?
I look forward to your reply!

Thanks Kristina,
Your suggestion worked for AMEX but still having issue with BOA cards. But I am still confused about this issue just started cropping up recently. It seems like a lot of other folks are having similar issues. Your suggesting seems a work around and not a permanent fix.

Thank you for your reply,
Financial institutions that connect via Express Web Connect + (EWC+) issue an authentication token to Quicken when you go through the authorization process. Some financial institutions impose more strict limitations on those tokens than others. For example, American Express allows only one login ID to be connected via EWC+, which is why its necessary to use the Delegate connection for any additional login IDs.
Have you contacted Bank of America about this issue?
Thank you!
