Westpac Connection issues
I have been downloading my accounts with Westpac seemlessly for 5 years until recently. It is very hit and miss I get a CC-502 error 90% of the time when it does not work. Contacted bank they say it is not a supported software and the error is not thier end. Need help!

Upon reviewing your account, I can see that you are receiving an internal FDP-102 FI_TIMEOUT error, which will present as a CC-502 error in-product.
If you haven't already, please take a moment to review and follow this support article regarding error CC-502.
As stated in the article, if the issue still continues to persist after a few days, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will be able to review your log files in detail and, if necessary, file an escalation based on their findings.
