Citi Managed Credit Card downloading balance, not downloading transactions

ExxonMobil gas card still not downloading all transactions. Issue has now been going on since March without resolution.

    I checked your account on our end, and I'm not seeing any internal errors associated with your connection. However, I do see two different financial institution instances: "Exxon Mobil Credit Card" and "Exxon Mobil (Citi)." Could you confirm which one you're referring to when you mention the issue with missing transactions?

    To help us better understand what’s going on, could you please elaborate a bit on what exactly is happening on your end? For example:

    • Are some transactions downloading but not all?
    • Do they appear after a delay, or are they completely missing?
    • Is this only happening for one account, or multiple?
    • Are you receiving any specific error codes/messages?

    Also, a few quick technical checks:

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? (Is it on your local hard drive—C: Drive, or on a cloud-based or external drive like OneDrive, Dropbox, or a USB?)
    • Are you using a VPN while trying to update your accounts?
    • Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if it affects the download?
