How to add multiple Schwab logon IDs to Quicken and have both appear in the password vault. This worked seamlessly for years. Now when adding/resetting one logon ID, Quicken overwrites the previous entry in the vault rather than adding the new or reset entry. They have fixed this multiple times over the last couple of years only to have the problem reappear upon the release of a new version. They have now become unresponsive to the reported problem.

    Hello @iamski01,

    We appreciate you reaching out!

Unfortunately, this behavior is due to a limitation on Schwab’s side: only one login per Quicken data file is supported. As a result, any attempt to add or reset another will overwrite the existing credentials in the Password Vault.

We recognize how disruptive this can be, but thank you for reporting it!

This has worked for years and you have fixed it numerous times in the last couple of years so I don't believe it is a Schwab problem. I've also read here that this condition exist on Credit card accounts as well. I have reached out to Schwab to verify your assessment.
