Case status update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
On May 1, I initiated a discussion entitled "Subcategories: Hide All does not work"
A case number was assigned, although I am not clear on the number (11751614 or CTP-13045 or perhaps CBT-671).
The discussion has since been closed.
How can I get an update on the status of this case?
