Hi,

I noticed the previous discussion was closed in May. I tried today (30 June) and still had problems with the update placing transactions in the wrong account. Good thing I had backed up just before I tried. Anyone had success with this yet?

I'm getting tired of manually adding everything.

    Upon review, I do see recent successful connection logs with Space Coast Credit Union showing a status of "ok." Are you still experiencing issues? If so would you mind providing more information? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring? Transactions downloading into the wrong account? Would you mind providing a link to the closed thread that you mentioned?

    I too am not getting updated balances and transactions. Reset two accounts, no errors but no updates.

    I can see successful connection logs with your Space Coast Credit Union account(s). You mentioned two, do you have more than two? What are the steps that you take to reset the accounts?

    I have four accounts. I reset two of the accounts and all indications were that there were no issues, but data did not update. Didn't see any purpose of doing the other two.

    I have reset, deactivated all my SCCU accounts and it still does not retrieve my latest transactions. I have to manually update! Please fix. SCCU said they are unaware of any problems. I even tried reinstalling Quicken. Nothing fixes it.

    I have 7 accounts and none are updating. I reset, deactivated and set up again plus tried reinstalling Quicken.
