DCU Connectivity Issues

Since April 2025 error messages have been received when updating DCU accounts. Last month, I was unable to download any date from their website and no error messages, which I reported. Today partial data was downloaded and error messages were back and reported (CC-506 for 3 accounts).

Currently using Windows Classic with update of R63.21

    Thank you for reaching out to share your experience, though I’m sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this issue for so long.

    After checking your account internally, we do not see any active internal errors for DCU at this time.

    That said, since you're receiving a CC-506 error, I recommend reviewing and following the guidance in this support article.

    Thank you. I've disactivated and reactivated the accounts and the errors appear to have stopped. I'm unable to download the transactions from June though. Do you have any recommendations to import that data?
