I have not been able to contact for what I can say is over two years. I had been in contact with a representative from the presidents office until december 2024 after which I no longer received updates and my ticket is showing closed.

With all respect to the moderators, its long past the no new updates at this time answer. We are having to pay our annual subscriptions and should get some answers or action. i have worked in product support and development and had I been in charge of an issue like this, I would have been fired after 90 days if it wasnt resolved.

I have just emailed the presidents office again today 7/12/25 and hope that someone is going to take it seriously. im sure nobody would be ok having to pay for something that isnt working.
