Amex accounts "Complete" yet show a CC-501 error
I have done this 4 times, my 2 Amex accounts go thru OSU fine, show the green "complete" status, yet then produce a CC-501 error (see image). Is there anything I should do other than wit it out?

In most cases, these errors clear up on their own within about 24 hours. In the meantime, we recommend reviewing this support article for more details and guidance.
