Anyone else have trouble downloading transactions EVERY month?

I need help. I can not get my accounts to download transaction history consistently month to month. This has been going on for over 18 months now and I am about ready to find another program to manage my finances.

Does quicken have advanced support that can help figure this out?

Specifically using web connect for one step update with PNC Bank. I have 1 personal and 4 business bank accounts that I need to download transactions from to reconcile in my quicken. Plus some credit card and savings accounts. Most are automatic payments so they do not exist in my quicken until I download them. EVERY month, with no apparent pattern, blocks of them do not come through. I'll download 30 or so transactions thinking I have them all for an account for the last month and then I can not reconcile. Upon manual review, there are always 5-10 missing? They exist in my online bank account but got skipped on download? I try to download again and nothing comes over. It seems like I get the most recent 2 weeks of transactions, then miss a block, then older ones come through. But this changes too…

I have had at about a dozen support sessions over the last 18 months to resolve this. From basic unlinking the accounts from one step update, to doing data repairs, I have even started over from SCRATCH, creating a brand new quicken account as of 1/1/2025…STILL can not sit down to reconcile my accounts for a month without pulling my hair out because of missing transactions!

So is anyone else experiencing this? I don't think its a PNC Bank problem because it has happened on some of my credit card accounts too. Am I trying to manage too many accounts in Quicken? I have about a dozen checking, saving, and credit card accounts I track.
