how do i enter a cd

a CD was opened at my bank. it shows up on my page when I log in but apparently Quicken cannot see it.

Thanks for the details so far — let’s figure out why the CD isn’t showing up.
A few things I need to clarify to help troubleshoot:
- Which financial institution is the CD with?
- Are your other accounts from this same bank updating successfully in Quicken?
- When you try to add the CD via Tools > Add Account, does Quicken show any errors, or does it just skip over the CD with no message?
- Was this CD opened recently — within the past few days?
Some banks delay new accounts from appearing in the download profile for a few business days. - Have you ever been able to view CDs from this bank in Quicken in the past, or is this the first time you’ve tried?
