Merrill Lynch Account with new connection values incorrect

When I logged into Quicken on 7/21, I was transitioned to a new quicken connect method for Merrill Lynch. The accounts linked correctly, but the individual account values are off by as much as 50% with the ML website. When I look at the securities in the accounts, random securities are missing. I've reconnected with ML multiple times, but nothing changes.

    Hello @gary_n63,

    Thanks for reaching out!

A couple quick questions to help us pinpoint where things might be going wrong:

    1. When you say the account values are off by up to 50%, are the discrepancies tied to specific types of securities (e.g., bonds, mutual funds, options), or does it seem random?
    2. For the missing securities, do they appear in the “Securities” list in Quicken at all (maybe mismatched or not linked correctly), or are they completely absent?
    3. Have you noticed whether the affected accounts are taxable brokerage accounts, IRAs, or something else?
    4. After reconnecting, are quotes and values updating correctly for the securities that do show up? Or do they appear static/outdated?
    5. Did Merrill Lynch recently make any changes to how your accounts are organized (e.g., account renumbering, householding, or advisor structure)?

    Let me know!
