Update not downloading transactions

When I do a quick update- both for National Bank of Arizona and BarclayCard- I can see my new online balance, but no transactions are downloaded and I do not get the new transactions flag. I have tried resetting online services through editing account details with no change. I can download the checking account transactions into Quicken from the bank website manually and then the one step update summary pops up- showing accounts have been updated. This takes multiple steps both on the bank website and then on the Quicken side as Quicken always wants to make a new account.

I have NEVER been able to get Quicken update to work for my National bank of Arizona credit card- have always had to download into Quicken from the bank website
