ACH transaction won't download every month

Using Quicken for Windows Deluxe Ver. R63.21. I have a monthly ACH transaction that fails to download with my other bank (Legacy Bank OK) transactions. It has happened the past 3-4 months and I have to add the transaction manually. Didn't have that problem before. Any ideas how to fix this?
