Thank you for your reply @Old Retired Guy,
I can see the report you sent provides a bit more detail on the issue you're encountering. To clarify, is the missing data a holding within an account, or are these separate accounts that are no longer downloading information?
I look forward to your reply!

Sorry, I did not see your question until just now. The missing data is holdings within an account. So to clarify, the mutual funds within an EJ account are showing up, but not the CD's. No, I have not sold them. I logon to EJ and my account is much, much less than Quicken reports.

Thank you for your reply @Old Retired Guy,
Is there a ticker symbol associated with the missing CDs? Do the holdings still reflect in the account, or are they completely gone?
You mention that what you see online from Edward Jones is significantly less than what Quicken reports. Is that being caused by the missing CDs?
Thank you!

CD's have cusip's. Cusip's are kind of funny. If you put them in your browser, they will not show up. If you want them, is there a private way to send? They are completely missing from Quicken.
My wording in a post above was misleading. My actual account is greater than my quicken account due to the missing CD's.
I read something about bank cd's being tracked totally different in Quicken. Brokered cd's are treated as securities. So my EJ account is a brokerage account, but it has bank CD's. If this is the reason, why did it just begin failing a month or a few weeks ago?

Thank you for your reply,
Quicken recommends tracking CDs as a security, see this article for more information:
Since the connection with Edward Jones is Direct Connect, there are two main things that could have caused this change. The first is if Edward Jones changed something on their end. The second is if there is a problem in your Quicken file.
If you haven't already done so, try restoring a backup from before the problem started (be careful not to overwrite your existing file with the restored backup) and test to see if that restored file is able to update properly, or if the CDs vanish from that file also.
Please let me know how it goes!
