One Step updates dates are no longer showing in my accounts. How do I get that back?
After downloading transactions on my accounts, Quicken used to show the last date updated for each account. This was especially useful given that One Step Update is not always consistent with downloading transactions (I've had to reset online connection for accounts on multiple occassions - that's a whole different issue for another time). On one file of accounts I still see the last download dates but on another file of accounts I do not see dates for any accounts despite the new transactions getting downloaded. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello @MrKittyJr,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
To help us get a clearer picture and assist you more effectively, could you please provide a bit more info?
- Where is your Quicken data file currently saved? (e.g., directly on your computer’s hard drive, or on a cloud/external location like OneDrive, Dropbox, or a USB?)
- Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what exactly did you do?
- Are you connected to a VPN during the update process? If yes, does turning it off make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or security software running that might be interfering with Quicken? Have you tried temporarily disabling it?
- When did this issue first begin?
- Were there any recent changes to your system—like software updates or new programs installed—around the time the issue started?
The more details you can share, the better we can assist.
Thank you!
