Apple and several other stocks in my IRA are not downloading into the account each day. This just started a couple weeks ago.

    Hello @Terry Tevis,

    Thanks for reaching out!

First, I have a few questions just to gain some clarification:

    1. Are these missing securities held directly or via a Fidelity mutual fund or managed account product? Sometimes Quicken doesn't pull fund-of-fund components or certain held-away assets depending on how Fidelity is categorizing them.
    2. Is this IRA using a different connection setup than your other Fidelity accounts? For example, is this one syncing via “Fidelity Investments” or “Fidelity NetBenefits,” or possibly a new EWC+ link that was part of the recent conversion? Mixed connection types can quietly cause partial data pull issues.
    3. Are these positions visible in your portfolio view in Quicken, but just not updating daily — or are they completely missing from the holdings? If they’re present but stale, it may be a price update issue vs. download. If they’re missing entirely, we’re likely looking at a filtering or account mapping problem.
    4. Did you recently change the account's download type from Simple to Detailed (or vice versa)? Sometimes switching that toggles what gets pulled — especially with IRAs or brokerage accounts that have underlying holdings that Quicken has trouble parsing under Simple tracking.
    5. If you go to the “Downloads” tab in account settings, is there a list of securities Quicken knows about but isn’t matching to a ticker or tracking? Occasionally, securities get misclassified or show up with an incorrect CUSIP/ticker, causing them to drop out of the visible register.
