How to move my quicken 2013 from an old (Windows 10) computer to a new (Windows 11)?

I don't have the original installation media and I don't have an account on quicken (I had an intuit account). Is there any way to install quicken 2013 on my new compter?

  If all you need is the Deluxe edition, you can get the install from here:
