Cannot download transactions from Community First Credit Union

I keep getting an OL-221-A and OL-221-B error when attempting to download from the Community First Credit Union FL. It's been several months so far. I was told the team was working on it and would like an update before switching to a new program. Thanks for any help you can provide. Janet

    You mentioned that you were informed a team was working on this issue—could you please share where/when you heard it? Currently, I don’t see any recent known issues for Community First Credit Union on our end.
