How do I keep the Bill & Income Reminders expanded under the register at all times?

I recently converted from Quicken 2016 to a Quicken subscription. My current release is R63.21. I'm running Windows 11.

My question is how do I keep the Bill & Income Reminders area under each of my registers expanded all the time? Yes, I can click on the > button but this gets to be a nuisance.

I read through older posts on this issue and didn't find a resolution to this. One suggestion was to go to Edit > Preferences > Register > Register Appearance and make sure that the box is not checked next to Remember register filters after Quicken closes. And the box is not checked.

Another suggestion was to click on the clock in the upper right hand corner and click on Show Reminders for the next 7 days. I did this and it does show the reminders in the register but I can't click on them to pay the bill. I still have to expand the reminder section and pay from there.

Has there been a resolution to this? Is this a "feature" of the subscription Quicken?

Thanks for your help.

When you click on the Reminder transaction you should see a Gear icon in the Balance column. Click on that Gear icon and you are then given the opportunity to enter the transaction. You are not seeing that Gear icon?

Alternatively, you can click the clock icon in the leftmost column of the reminder transaction as shown in the register and you'll get a little popup.

Select the desired action and go.

Or, you can simply right click on the Reminder transaction in the Register to get that same popup.

(I should have mentioned that in my prior post but sometimes when I post things a little too late at night or when I'm tired I forget to include perhaps even the most obvious and simplest things.)

Thank you Boatnmaniac and UKR for your help. Yes, I have a gear icon to the right of the balance field, and a clock to the left of the date, and when I right click on the transaction all the choices show the popup icon. This is exactly what I needed. If this was available in Q 2016 I totally missed it but I was so used to using the Bill and Income Reminder section I wouldn't have looked for some other way to handle the items. Wonder what else awaits me in the subscription version….

    Thanks so much!!

The ability to show the reminders in the register is only in Quicken Subscription.

Thanks for the clarification. I switched from QWin 2016 to Subscription in 2018…7 yrs ago. I really don't remember too much about which Subscription features are not in QWin 2016. What I do know is that I really like being able to show reminders in registers. For me that is an incredibly useful feature that I use a lot.
