quicken does not list elancredit or fidelityrewards as a connect option for my Fidelity Rewards cc

The fidelityrewards financial institution has not been available as a new download setup option for quite some time (nearly 1 yr ago?). It was replaced by Fidelity – Investments & Retirement. Which in turn was recently replaced by Fidelity Investments which is Fidelity.com See this Announcement: Fidelity Account Name Changes.

So you should be able to set up downloading using Fidelity Investments as the financial institution. (Note: If you have Fidelity Investment accounts that you are downloading via Direct Connect, make sure you do NOT select those investment accounts during the reauthorization process or your accounts will be switched to QuickenConnect and there are numerous significant issues with QC for investment accounts. Be sure to select only your Fidelity credit card which works OK with QC.)

Elan Financial Services is the financial institution I use to download my Fidelity Rewards credit card transactions. It still shows up in QWin as a selectable financial institution but this evening there is an issue with the download connection.

I don't believe I have ever seen elancredit.com used for this credit card. In fact, when I entered elancredit.com into my browser's URL line this is what came up:

Elan's account login webpage (at least for the Fidelity Rewards credit card) is rather unremarkable with no Elan information on it at all (except in fine print at the very bottom of the webpage):
