One Step Hanging

Currently using Quicken classic business and Personal

version R64.19

Build 27.1.64.19

One step is hanging, let it run over 30 minutes before having to stop task in the task manager.

Current subscription ends soon 8/29 and in order to continue downloads, I downgraded the plan online to Deluxe due to the high annual cost of the Business version.

Deluxe version doesn't take effect until the 29th. Could the mix/match of versions cause the hang up?

Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.

    Whatever the problem is, it isn't because you have downgraded to Deluxe. There is in fact only one Quicken Windows program, what changes for the different subscriptions is just some information that tells Quicken to turn on or off certain features.

    What kind of online services are you using? That might lead to some kind of suggestion by someone to help troubleshoot it. You might also want to contact Quicken Support, which might be able to screenshare and help.

    Only connecting to bank and credit cards. Problem didn't start until I downgraded.

    Please do this to refresh your Quicken ID profile within your PC's Quicken program:
    • Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    • Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
    • Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.

    Now try OSU again.
