R64.19 potential file corruption or Vanguard issue?

Have been using 64.19 without any problem until yesterday when OSU threw a 304-A error. I noticed one of my investment accounts at Vanguard showed no update so I first tried resetting it but the error remained. Then I deactivated that account and went to the add account plus sign at the top of the account bar. Added the one account and it seemed to have fixed it. Wrong!

Today after doing a OSU I noticed the portfolio was showing a change in $ value for two funds, but 0 percent change. Looking at the security view showed an ADD transaction for a bunch of shares on 8/25 that made no sense and were for a security located in another vanguard account. Went to the other account and there were about10 transactions of ADDs and REMOVEs all on 8/25 which made no sense. Tried to delete each but got "Enter a correct date" dialog! Tried File validations and restoring a bakup but nothing worked.

Re-installed so now back on R63.21

    Hello @Bob_L,

    Thank you for letting us know you encountered this issue. Usually, restoring a backup from before the issue started would correct the problem if it was file specific. Based on the information you sent in the problem report, those ADD transactions were not placeholders; they look more like downloaded transactions.

    Did reverting back to R63.21 correct the issue without needing to take any further action? If further action was needed, what actions did you take?
