Create for Mac similar ability as currently available in Windows Quicken

    Please allow us the option of creating our own Asset Classes or add - REIT's as an asset class on its own. REITS combine the behavior of both stocks and bonds and thus deserve an asset class on its own. In honor of David Swensen.
