Has anyone found a discrepancy between quicken portfolio value and Schwab portfolio value?

When I update the portfolio accounts, the dollar amount reported by Schwab and the dollar amount reported in Quicken do not match by several thousand dollars. Anyone else have this problem? I have contacted Quicken and Schwab. Each provider says the problem results from the other provider. Help, please.

Have you checked to see if they are both using the same stock prices?

When the issue is "several thousands of dollars", there's 3 possible explanations (or any combination thereof):

An incorrect quote for one or more securities
An incorrect quantity for one of more positions
An incorrect security (held at Schwab but not in Q, or vice-versa).

You'll just need to eyeball compare each position to figure out the answer.

If you look at your Holdings, you will probably see that some funds are missing price quotes. That is my issue, for some funds prior to July 1, 2025. It is very frustrating trying to see the value of your portfolio over time as some funds are being zeroed out because the share price is blank. I tried manually adding the prices in all recommended methods and downloading historical prices, but nothing worked. Something is very wrong.
