Merrill Lynch investment accounts download double transactions

I have Quicken Classic Premier for windows. I have 4 investment accounts with them. I have the Express Web Connect+ connection. I had quite a few transactions that had a trade date of 8-22-2025. These all seemed correct. On the settlement date of 8-25-2025, all these transactions downloaded again. So, I had to review each transaction to make sure I didn't delete one that shouldn't have been redownloaded. Is anybody else having this problem?

    I am getting duplicate transactions whenever a pending transaction is present. The pending transactions are downloaded as if completed, then the settled transactions download on a future date and create duplicate transactions. The pending transactions are NOT listed in the Pending tab and are NOT present in a qfx file from the same day.

    Pending transactions in several other accounts display correctly in the Pending tab.
