My Savings Direct

I have a number of savings accounts at Dollar Savings Direct and My Savings Direct, both divisions of Emigrant Savings Bank.

For years there was no direct connection to either, and so I downloaded my transactions manually from their websites.

Checking this morning, I found Dollar Savings Direct in the "add account" list, and I was able to successfully add my Dollar Savings Direct accounts for automatic OSU download to Quicken (Windows). That will be a big time saver for me.

But My Savings Direct is not listed, even though it's almost identical to Dollar Savings Direct. My impression is that Emigrant cloned My Savings Direct to create Dollar Savings Direct when they wanted to offer higher interest rates to new customers without offering those same higher interest rates to older customers.

Can any of the Quicken employees here verify whether there's supposed to be a direct access to My Savings Direct?

Thank you for reaching out with this question. For us to check the FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions) to see if that financial institution should be able to connect, please provide the URL that you use when logging into that account directly through the financial institution website.

The URL I use to connect to the My Savings Direct website is https://www.mysavingsdirect.com/securebanking

I'm able to download transaction files from there manually, by clicking a download to Quicken button at the bottom of any single account's page, per attached image. With a dozen accounts there, it'd be a LOT more convenient to have this automated.
