Fidelity Transactions Do Not Download
I updated my Quicken Classic connection to EWC+ to connect to Fidelity when the opional cut-over migration period began on Jult 29.. Ever since not a single transaction has downloaded from Fidelity.
I follow the Fidelity "fixes" as Quicken posts them I don't see my problem on the agenda at all. The closest issue on the list of fixes being addressed is "Missing Transactions". I'm not getting a "Missing Transaction" message. Nothing is downloading. I am entering transactions manually. Since I have multiple accounts (retirement and brokerage) manually updating is not acceptable. Especially since the Quicken logo includes "Powered by Fidelity" when I launch the app.
Is anyone having the same problem. Is this problem being addressed?

Hello @HCJoe,
The issue you’re seeing is part of the Missing Transactions alert. This isn’t a message that pops up in Quicken—it simply means the transactions themselves aren’t being downloaded. So while you may not see a “Missing Transaction” message, the transactions that are absent from your accounts are exactly what this alert is referring to.
Here are the two Community Alerts for context:
- Alert 1 – ONGOING 8/27/25: Fidelity Investments – Missing Transactions
- Alert 2 – NEW 8/29/25: Fidelity Updates
Several Fidelity issues are being addressed in this second alert, such as:- Duplicate Transactions (Windows): Some users saw duplicates after switching to EWC+.
- Missing Transactions: Affected 401(k), Brokerage, and IRA accounts. The fix is verified for Brokerage/IRA, with the 401(k) fix in final testing. Workaround: balances usually correct themselves once pending money market positions settle.
- Other fixes are in progress for bond redemptions, $0 balances, incorrect CD balances, and money market cash doubling.
The key takeaway for you is that the “Missing Transactions” you’re experiencing is already recognized and is being worked on. The best course of action is to stay connected to Express Web Connect+ and continue monitoring your accounts while the fixes roll out.
Thank you!

I would like an update on when I can expect this to be fixed.

From August 4 to September 19 I was unable to download and update any transactions from Fidelity. I have 10 Fidelity accounts, both IRAs and brokerage. This is the so-called "Missing Transactions" issue. I contacted Quicken Support who opened reference number: "Ticket ID":"11958545". On September 19, a supervisor fashioned a solution and I was able to download and update transactions from Sep 19 thru Sep 23. On Sep 24 nothing downloaded, and I received a CC-501 error message, which I reported. Today, Sep 26, Fidelity transactions don't download. I have transactions dated Sep 25 that are available to download, but no transactions download or update. There is no error code. So my "Missing Transactions" problem has returned. When can I expect an effective and permanent fix?

@HCJoe Thanks for following up!
Please try the following steps below and see if it resolves the issue:
- Create a backup of your Quicken file first.
- Deactivate all Fidelity accounts in Quicken.
- Revoke Quicken’s third-party access from your Fidelity account on their website.
- Reactivate the accounts in Quicken. When you’re redirected to the Fidelity site and then return to Quicken, make sure to select “LINK to existing” for any accounts that were already in your file.
Hope this helps!

Quicken Anja,
I followed your instructions and all available transactions from 9/24 and 9/25 downloaded. Let's hope this will continue.
Thanks - HCJoe
