i'm having this same issue. All my hidden accounts have been deactivated. Very frustrating—won't update.

    Hello @JerryT,

Thanks for sharing these details. The OL-393-A error can occur if an account has incorrect information, is hidden, or if online services aren’t properly set up at the financial institution. Since you mentioned your hidden accounts have already been deactivated, I recommend reviewing the steps in the OL-393 support article to ensure everything else is correct.

    Key points to check:

    1. Verify the account information (account number, routing number) in Quicken.
    2. Make sure any hidden accounts are properly unhidden and have correct display options.
    3. Confirm the Online Services tab shows the appropriate services are activated; deactivate any services that no longer exist.

If the issue persists after these steps, you may need to contact TD Bank’s online services specialist to confirm the account is set up correctly for downloads. It may also be helpful to ask to speak with a Supervisor or Tier 2 agent, as they tend to be more familiar with third-party programs such as Quicken.

    Thank you!
