Error FDP-106 - Can't Connect to Commerce Bank

Hi, I'm using MAC OS Sonoma 14.7.8, Quicken Classic Premier. I am trying to connect my Commerce bank accounts and can 't. I just bought Quicken and am starting fresh with a new file and trying to get set up. The error is FDP-106 "Account Mismatch" which they say can happen if there's been an account name change (there hasn't). I tried calling Commerce and they were no help. I called Quicken support and they said they're working on it but it might take weeks. I have two Questions: 1) Is there a a fix to this that anyone knows? and 2) Is there a way to download transactions from Commerce and upload them to Quicken? Suggestions? Thanks!

    A couple of things first: when did you contact Quicken Support, and were you provided with a ticket number? Looking internally, I don’t see any recent tickets under your Quicken ID/email—the latest was from June regarding a different issue. Please make sure you contacted the official Quicken Support phone number or channels, as there are unfortunately some scam companies that impersonate Quicken Support. You can find the valid ways to contact Support in this support article.

    Regarding your question about downloading transactions directly from Commerce Bank and importing them into Quicken: this will depend on whether Commerce Bank allows 2-step downloads (Web Connect/QFX). This Help Article provides step-by-step guidance for the import process.
