Opening Balance decrease

I enter a transaction (payment) against a liability and the opening balance amount is reduced by the transaction amount. The transaction line does not show a reduced running balance, it shows the transaction amount. Other similar accounts keep the original opening balance and show a reduced running balance on the transaction line.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Does the transaction you're entering predate the Opening Balance transaction? Is this issue happening in only one account? Is the problem account connected to a financial institution for downloads into Quicken, or is it an account you update manually?
