    I have been having the same issue with my Citibank Best Buy credit card. I haven't been able to connect for about 3-4 weeks now. I even tried disconnecting it and re-adding it all I get is a message that says "Sign in to Best Buy Credit Card bank failed. Try again."

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools for any information that would provide further insight into the problem. On our end, it is showing that you just started getting a CC-505 error today.

    Per our article on CC-505 errors, the first troubleshooting step is to wait 24 hours and try again (505 errors are often caused by temporary issues).

    The error message in the screenshot you provided is often caused by something blocking the connection between the financial institution and Quicken. To troubleshoot that issue, please make sure to pause any browser extensions, especially pop up blockers and ad blockers. If the issue persists, try temporarily setting an alternate browser as your default (please avoid using Brave browser and Duck Duck Go, since they are known to cause issues when authorizing accounts for connection with Quicken). If you use a VPN, please try turning it off while authorizing your account with Quicken.

    So, as I said in my original message, this has been going on for weeks so waiting 24 hours doesn't work. And, I am not having any problems with any of my other accounts. Just this one. It was working fine and then it wasn't. I have, based on your suggestion, tried 3 different browsers. FireFox, Edge, and Chrome. Same thing happens in all of them. It authorizes my accounts just fine and then fails when it get back over to Quicken.

    Due to the nature of the issue, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, since they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community and they can escalate the issue as needed.
