Clarification on Fidelity Status for 401(k) download issues

Moderators - can you please provide clarity on this thread? It's confusing. It says the 401(k) issues have been resolved and fixes should have been pushed out. The next message says there's no ETA on fixes.

401(k) downloads are still most definitely broken for me. I'm only receiving cash transactions in download and no securities transactions. Tech Support could not say with confidence if the 401(k) downloads are supposed to be fixed yet.

    I can understand the confusion, so let me help clarify.

    • The 401(k) missing transactions issue is not yet resolved. While fixes for Brokerage and IRA accounts have been completed and verified, the 401(k) fix is still in final testing. That means you may still see the behavior you described (only cash transactions downloading, no securities) until that fix is fully rolled out.
    • The Alert thread has two updates:
      • One section outlines issues that are already fixed or in the process of being released (which included Brokerage/IRA, and 401(k) marked as “done and in final testing”).
      • The follow-up moderator post clarifies that the 401(k) piece is still ongoing with no ETA until testing is complete and the release goes live.

    So to confirm: 401(k) downloads are still broken at this time, and there is no ETA on when the fix will be released. Once the fix has finished testing and begins rolling out, the Alert will be updated to reflect that.
