Can I use Quicken in Japan?

I’ve been using Quicken from 1997. Upon the renewal of the subscription, I cannot renew with any of credit cards. I guess it is because I am no longer US resident. Can I use Quicken any more? I am trying to find alternatives. But, it is extremely difficult to give up the cumulative date for the long period of times especially for cost bases for real estate, securities, etd.

    Use it? YES!

    Download from ANY financial institution? NO, unless perhaps you've got a VPN that can masquerade as being US-based.
