R64.25 update problems
After today's R64.25 update (build 27.1.64.25) on 9-12-25, all my accounts were disassociated. I was able to relink Chase, Elan Services, and USAA to the existing accounts, but my Phoenix Federal Checking account will not link to my existing account of 25 years, and it wants to create a new account. How do I relink it?

Hello @Dennis Mc,
Thanks for reaching out! To relink your Phoenix Federal Checking account to your existing account:
- First, right-click the account in Quicken and select Edit/Delete Account.
- Navigate to the Online Services tab and check if the account still shows as connected there.
- If it is still connected, please follow the steps in this support article to deactivate and then reactivate the account which should allow you to relink it upon reactivating.
- If it shows as deactivated (you would see a Set up Now button), please let us know, and we’ll guide you on the next steps from there.
Let us know how it goes!

I did that multiple times, and no joy, until just now. It is fixed.
