Wells Fargo connection is lost due to reconnect with Fidelity

How do I recover? My Wells Fargo account now shows Fidelity as the loan originator and will not all any action until Transcations are cleared. I can't see any transactions and Fidelity is NOT the loan originator. What next?

    Hello @Mapper42,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. Based on your description of the issue, it sounds like your Wells Fargo account got linked to Fidelity, and you're not able to deactivate it because Quicken says you have transactions that need to be reviewed (but there are none visible in the account). Unfortunately, that is a known issue. For more details, see this Community Alert.

To troubleshoot this issue, first, try closing and reopening Quicken.

If the issue persists, then from the register of the affected account, select the Actions gear > Account Details> Online Services > Automatic entry is:

    Automatic Entry.png
    1. If Automatic entry is: OFF, turn it ON. If Automatic entry is: ON, Turn it OFF. Automatic Entry options.png
    2. Close Quicken, wait a few seconds, then reopen Quicken

Test to see if the issue is resolved.

Please let me know how it goes!
