Barclaycard login's failing with cc-503

I received a new barclay credit card (fraud alert)

I have two different logins. One has 4 cards, the other 3 cards

I recently converted GM from Marcus to Barclaycard with no problems

The updates on the existing cards are working ok

When I try to add the new card it fails with a cc-503

I have deactivated that card, I have also tried the logout from quicken an relogin.

Although the existing cards on both accounts update ok, when i attempt to add a new account: Tools→Add Account instead of pulling up all the accounts it fails with the cc-503. This occurs with both logins.

Both logins work fine to login to the barclaycard website and there are no validation questions being asked on the barclaycard website after it is logged in.

    Hello @WhySoSlow,

Thanks for the detailed breakdown—that’s super helpful.

The CC-503 error generally means Barclaycard’s servers are telling Quicken the credentials aren’t being accepted, even though they work on the website.

Please review and follow the instructions found in this support article regarding CC-503.

Since you’ve already tried deactivate/reactivate and a Quicken sign-out/in, the next best step would be to go through the full troubleshooting in our CC-503 Support Article to make sure nothing was missed. If the issue continues after that, you’ll want to reach out directly to Quicken Support so they can review logs and escalate if needed.

    Thank you!
