Quicken doesn't "see" certain accounts at linked banks

I'm having a similar problem to what's described here. I have a Line of Credit with BMO that isn't showing up in my account search, even though Quicken has no problem finding my BMO credit card and checking/savings accounts. Then at TD Canada, it successfully finds my husband's checking account, but not our mortgage account. How do we rectify this so I can get a complete picture of our finances?

    Hello @copasetically,

    Thank you for reaching out!

It’s possible that your banks do not support Online Connectivity with Quicken for those specific account types (such as a Line of Credit or Mortgage). Only the financial institutions themselves can confirm whether those accounts are enabled for Quicken downloads.

Have you ever been able to connect these accounts with Quicken in the past, or is this the first time you’re trying to add them?

I recommend contacting both BMO and TD Canada directly to verify if these account types are supported. If the banks confirm that they are supported, please come back and let us know, and we can investigate further on our end.

    Thank you!
