First Command Financial Planning connection is broken?

In case anyone else is having a connection problem with First Command, I am getting the following error message:

"Invalid OFX from your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution and ask them to check their formatting."

First Command stated that they have opened a trouble ticket. This was about two weeks ago. The error corresponded to a First Command website update. No new info yet, but have a meeting with them next week.
