Trouble with updating American Century accounts

Thanks for sharing the details and screenshot.
The error code you’re seeing (2003) occurs when the financial institution’s server rejects the account or user information Quicken is sending. Since your screenshot indicates there’s an issue with your username and provides the direct phone number to call, this is an error that only American Century’s Online Banking Support can resolve.
That said, please review our support article for more information about this error.
In summary:
- Double-check that the account number, routing number, and Customer ID stored in Quicken match what American Century expects.
- If everything looks correct, you’ll need to contact American Century using the phone number shown in the error message (or from their website). Quicken Support can’t resolve this one directly since we don’t have access to their servers.

This problem has been resolved. For some reason American Century had locked my PAC, and now it's working. Thank you.
